Tax Filing

Tax Filing services cover the preparation, review and submission of your federal and state tax returns — for individuals, self-employed professionals and businesses of every structure.

What is Tax Filing?

  • The annual process of reporting your income, deductions and credits to the IRS and to your state tax authority.

  • Which forms you file depends on who you are — individuals file the Form 1040 series, while businesses file 1120, 1120-S or 1065 according to their structure.

  • Filing correctly and on time protects your refund, keeps you clear of penalties and interest, and builds the compliance record lenders and immigration authorities may later ask to see.

Returns We Prepare

We handle straightforward personal returns and complex multi-entity filings alike:

  1. Individual Returns: Form 1040 for residents and Form 1040-NR for non-resident aliens, including returns filed alongside an ITIN application.

  2. Business Returns: Form 1120 for C Corporations, 1120-S for S Corporations and 1065 for partnerships and multi-member LLCs, with the Schedule K-1s each owner needs.

  3. Self-Employed and Rental Income: Schedule C for sole proprietors and Schedule E for property owners, with the expense and depreciation detail these attract.

  4. State Returns: Resident, non-resident and part-year returns, including multi-state filings where you have earned income in more than one place.

  5. Foreign Reporting: Disclosures required of taxpayers with overseas accounts or assets, where those thresholds apply to you.

Why File With Us?

  • Reviewed, Not Just Keyed In: Every return is checked by a preparer before it is filed, because the costly mistakes are the ones software accepts without complaint.

  • Cross-Border Experience: Non-resident returns, treaty positions and ITIN-linked filings are routine work for us rather than an exception.

  • Deductions You Are Entitled To: We ask about the circumstances that commonly go unclaimed, instead of only processing the documents you thought to send.

  • Support After Filing: If a notice arrives from the IRS or a state, we help you understand and respond to it — we do not disappear once the return is submitted.

How It Works?

Filing your return is a three-step process, and you can do all of it remotely:

01
Send Your Documents

Share your W-2s, 1099s, business records and last year's return. We tell you exactly what is still outstanding.

02
We Prepare and Review

Your return is prepared, checked, and sent to you with a summary of what you owe or are owed — before anything is filed.

03
Approve and File

Once you approve it we file electronically where available, and you keep a complete copy for your records.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about preparing and filing U.S. tax returns.

Deadlines and Extensions
When are my tax returns due?

Individual and C Corporation returns are generally due in mid-April, while partnership and S Corporation returns fall due a month earlier in mid-March. Dates shift when they land on a weekend or holiday, and state deadlines do not always match the federal one. We confirm the dates that apply to you.

What happens if I need more time?

An extension is straightforward to obtain and gives you additional months to file. It is important to understand that an extension applies to filing, not to paying — any tax owed is still due on the original deadline, and interest accrues on what remains unpaid.

I have not filed for several years. Can you help?

Yes, and it is better addressed than left. We prepare the outstanding years in sequence, since each one often depends on figures carried from the last, and help you approach the IRS about penalties and payment arrangements where appropriate.

Your Return
What documents do you need from me?

Typically your income statements (W-2, 1099 and equivalents), records of deductible expenses, details of any property or investments, and your previous year's return. For a business we will also need your books for the year. We send a checklist tailored to your situation rather than a generic list.

Can I file if I do not have a Social Security Number?

Yes. If you have a U.S. filing obligation but are not eligible for an SSN, you file using an ITIN. Where you do not yet hold one, the ITIN application is submitted together with your first tax return — a process we handle as a single piece of work.

How long does a refund take?

Electronically filed returns with direct deposit are usually the quickest. Paper returns, returns filed alongside an ITIN application, and any return the IRS selects for additional review take considerably longer. We will tell you which category yours falls into so the timing is not a surprise.

We are an officially Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA) based in India for all ITIN Applications.

We can help you with the ITIN application and renewal, including document authentication for the IRS. However, final approval is subject to the IRS's decision. An ITIN is strictly for tax use and does not grant U.S. work authorization or Social Security benefits.
