Upon engaging our services, you will receive an email confirmation and immediate access to our secure client portal. This portal is your hub for uploading documents, communicating with our team, and tracking your service status.
The turnaround time for your specific service depends on the complexity of the engagement and will be clearly communicated to you during the onboarding process.
Due to the personalized, time-intensive nature of tax and accounting work, all payments are generally non-refundable once the service has started or after initial deliverables have been provided.
However, we may consider partial refunds at our sole discretion under the following specific circumstances:
A duplicate payment or demonstrable billing error occurred.
The client canceled the service before any work commenced.
We were unable to complete the service due to a reason attributable solely to SV Associates.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@svassociates.org within 7 days of the payment date.
Clients may request cancellation based on the following:

| Before Service Commences | Full cancellation is permitted. A refund will be issued, minus any applicable administrative or onboarding fees. |
| After Service Commences | No refunds will be issued. Clients may, however, request to pause or defer the service timeline, subject to review. |
All cancellations must be requested in writing to support@svassociates.org and are subject to final review and approval.
While we deliver our services with the highest professional diligence, we do not guarantee any specific result or outcome. Outcomes, such as final tax refund amounts, IRS approvals, or loan qualifications, are dependent on external regulatory factors and the unique financial specifics of the client, all of which are outside of our control.
